ParticipantToday I renewed my license for 5 out of 5 of my plugin licenses.
3 of them are saying “License is not active on this site.” I’ve only ever used Connections on this site. In order to get the 3 plugins to update, I deactivated and deleted them, then uploaded the new versions. I still get the license issue.

On those three, click the Activate button. That will activate the license on your site.
Hope that helps!

re: I clicked on activate – now all 5 say “License key invalid.”
That is because none of those are the valid license keys. Looks like you changed the last few characters to an “x”. It also appears 3 of them were actually activate on the .org site vs. the .cs site they are installed on now.
I corrected this on your site.
re: now I’m getting 404 errors.
It appears the WordPress Permalinks Settings (not a Connections setting) was changed from Post name to Plain.
I corrected this.
re: First I was getting server error 500 errors on all the Connection pages
I’m not seeing the server errors … perhaps the webhost was having a bad moment (by the server be temporarily overloaded).
Hope this helps!

ParticipantThanks so much Steven! You rock!
Everything is working great now!
I changed the last 3 digits of the codes to Xs (but not saving) as I thought the screenshot might be a public forum post, but then decided to go private with the extra login details.
Thank you again so very much. You made my day!
