ParticipantHi there,
I have purchased the Circled Template and have the Connections code showing the Categories on my Directory page. On a desktop computer, when you go to the directory page there is a link showing:“Submit New Entry”
Just above the Categories scrollbar. When you view this page on a mobile device the “Submit New Entry” link to the Forms extension is gone.
Is there a workaround for this?
Thanks for your help!12/09/2016 at 8:22 pm #403006Steven Zahm

I see you are using WP Rocket … make sure you flush your page cache. Exclude the URL for the Form page would be a good idea.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantThanks, Steven! I have excluded the forms URL in the WP Rocket Settings. I also went to the Northern California Direct Sellers Directory Page and checked the box showing
“Never Cache This Page”. The forms URL still does not appear to work from a mobile device. I apologize this is not working still. Is there anything else I can try?page URL: http://foreversparkly.com/northern-california-direct-sellers/

Maybe we are not on the same page… what form URL exactly? I see on your page you have added as link “Please submit your information to be listed!” to the page. Clicking that link does work. You just have the submission for set to require a login to submit. That is why you see this message “Please login in order to submit your entry to our directory.” on the Form submit page.
Now, if you want Form and the Form link to display, you need to navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Form tab and disable the option that requires a login.
If that option was enabled, it was not the fact you could not see it on mobile, it was because you were not logged in on mobile.
Hope that helps!
PS, Also, make sure you have followed these instructions to enable the Form action link. I assume you have and this is the link that you can not see. If we’re on the same page.
