GuestBob and Alene are both administrators for this WordPress site. Starting in spring of 2016, new entries could be installed by both Bob and Alene. However, from that time on only Alene was able to access individual entries in “manage.” Starting some time this fall. Alene was also unable to access files through “manage” in order to edit them. Entries listed as “recently added” on the connection page are accessible from there but not from “manage.” Examples of inaccessible files: Alan Clugston, Gail Farnham.
I can access the Gail Farnham file from Connections/Dashboard/recently added;
if I then close by hitting Cancel I’m taken to the Connections/Manage page;
where Gail Farnham is not listed.Would appreciate any help you can give to a very unsophisticated user.

It should like an photo was uploaded which is too large for your server to process. I suspect, if this is the case, that the last row (not the footer row) in the table on the manage page is blank except for a single checkbox. Is that correct? If it is, check that checkbox and from the Bulk Actions drop down at the top of the page select UnApprove and click the Apply button. If that fixes it, then you need to navigate Moderation queue and delete that entry and read add it.
Does that help? If it does not, it will be much quicker to diagnose and resolve if you can give me a temp admin login so I can take a closer look. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.

I receive an invalid username error. Can you please confirm the login info?

Hmmm… I logged in. It seems you have 255 entries. I did count every entry but from what I can tell, all are listed even those you listed specifically in your original post. You did have the lists filtered by a category, so, perhaps they were not visible to you due to the filter being applied.
My suggestion is that the otehr user which can not see all entries make sure they have the filters set to “Show All…”.
Hope that helps!
ps. when posting login info, make sure you click the set as private reply option before submitting otherwise that info is being posted publicly. I had made the previous logins private the second I saw they were not.
pss. I highly suggest resetting your password on your login.
