ParticipantHi, Steven!
I love the Circled template — looks amazing. I’m unable to get the profile page to show up correctly — I keep getting the error message ERROR: Template ”circled” not found
Can you help me?
The main page is http://halifaxsummeroperafestival.com/?page_id=7

Participantheh heh heh — fixed it myself :) I was missing a closing bracket from my designation of the category.
But I notice that the Profile page displays the profile twice. Can you help me sort that out?

ParticipantOkay, I fixed that too — I had a redundant instance of the shortcode — I had one to indicate the category I wanted displayed and the other to format the template. Removed the second one — now it just shows the list once. Good!
BUT:
something else. I have several categories now. On the above listed page my shortcode is [connections category=’2′] which I believe should just display the ID 2 (Faculty) entries. But an Artist entry (categories ID3 for Artist and ID4 for Rodelinda) is displaying along with the category ID2 entries.
I need to be able to display Faculty entries on one page, Artist entries on another and then to be able to show just those artists in subcategories on another.
Thanks for any help you can give!

You need to add the
enable_category_by_root_parent=trueoption to the shortcode. Here’s a link to the FAQ with a little more and an example.Hope that helps!

ParticipantThanks you so much, Steven — you are the BEST!
[connections category='2' enable_category_by_root_parent=true] did the trick :)
