ParticipantHello,
First of all, thank you for creating such a great plugin – I’ve used it for several years now on a couple of projects.
Today, I upgraded the plugin on my R3men.org website for our Speaker’s Portal. I added the Market template without any issue. Prior to this upgrade, I had about 50 people listed in our Portal with all of the various components working without issue.
Now, I have attempted to add a new entry and cannot get the Social Media IDs section and the Dates section to work properly (will not allow me to add anything). However, if I choose to go in and edit an existing entry those sections work without issue.
I am attaching two screenshots – one showing the lack of features for a new entry and one showing the same sections and their full functionality when editing an existing entry.
Can you tell me if I’m doing something wrong? Is this a setting or something else I need to change? Please advise…
Thanks,
Tim

My first guess is that you might have inadvertently turned them off. Click the Screen Options tab in the upper right of the page and add a check to thos fields if they do not have a checkmark.
Hope that helps, let me know.

ParticipantHi Steven – all of the screen options are on (checked).

ParticipantThe issue is only there with new entries. With old entries I have full functionality.

Did you check the screen option tab when added a new entry? The screen options are save by action so you can have different screen settings when adding an entry vs. screen option when editing an entry. Can you share a screenshot of both?

Oh, ok, I took a look at the original screenshots again… I think I took down a rabbit hole, apologies.
My nest guess is that those fields are collapsed. What happens when you click the arrow on the right?

ParticipantNothing at all happens – no drop down – no window opens.

Hmmm… to debug further, I’m going to need an admin login. Details can be posted here as a private reply.
