GuestHave connections downloaded & activated. The Categories page is coming up as blank & when I add entries and hit “add entry” I get “server error. Though I can see and manage the entries from Manage screen. Also, not seeing the entries on page with short code:

Have I done something wrong? Thank you.11/10/2015 at 12:36 pm #354412Steven Zahm

Well, my first guess is that the memory allocated to PHP is being exhausted. Try increasing it. Here’s an excellent blog post on how to do that:
http://dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/
They provide several methods because the method that will work for you depends on the web host. My suggestion is to start at the top of the list and work your way down to see if that resolves the issue.
While you are at it, can you please share a System Info link with me? You can create one on the Connections : Tools admin page under the System Info tab (bottom of page).

I see two issues in the WordPress config section…
Version: 3.9.9
Memory Limit: 40MFirst and more importantly is that Connections requires WordPress 4.1 or newer. That pretty much explains the server error and such.
Also the
WP_MEMORY_LIMITis only 40MB, I recommend setting this to about 128MB.Hope that helps!

GuestThanks Steven! That seems pretty clear. I will look into this.
