ParticipantHi,
I have just started using connections for a client site and slowly making sense of it. Seems really good so far.
I have purchased the cmap template and have installed the languages plugin.
On the cmap card, the chosen languages display as abbreviations for example:
English, Italian and Portuguese display on the card as “eng” “ita” “por”.How can I get these to display their full name?
All advice very welcome.
Many thanks
George

Displaying the full name is the only way it does, should, display. Where and how did you enable them to display? Can you also please share a link with me so I can see?

GuestHi,
Thank you for the quick response.
It is a development site and here is a link to the page:
http://www.georgehedges.co.uk/CSA/international-faculty/I enabled it in in Settings under display – screenshots attached
Have I enable it incorrectly?
Any help welcome

Yes, those settings are right… the odd part (I hope this make sense) though is that the output for the Languages is not actually being displayed. What you are seeing is the “Custom Fields” output for the languages meta which should be display by the Languages content block.
Do you have any plugins (or anything) that limits which plugins are loaded on the frontend of the site? Something like this plugin?
I ask because the only reason the Languages meta would show on the frontend of the site like this is if the Languages plugin where not active.
If you have nothing that limits when, where and who plugins are loaded I’ll need a temp admin login so I can take a closer look.
