ParticipantI’ve 2 sites using Connections with cMap and the Extension Pro Pack.
I think I have those entered in correctly in the license area on Connections-pro.com but for the Extensions Pro Pack I just updated, there are no individual licensing keys… just the Pro Pack key, which tells me bundled license keys are not valid and to use the item license key instead.
I only see one set of individual license keys in my purchase history and those only have one 1 activation each.
Many of the extensions on one of my sites were very outdated and were not showing that they were due for any kind of update, so I’m trying to catch up on these now and get everything up-to-date.

Apologies for the trouble! It seems the key were not created I’ve corrected this and they should now be listed. For the inconvenience, I push out the expiration until 1 year from today.

ParticipantThanks Steven… I had just purchased the extension for that on this order: #340833 yesterday for the Extension Pro Pack.
I guess I need to remove some of the older version of the extensions and install the new ones for the licensing to show up in the settings area?
Thanks, Brian

Correct, for the licensing tab to show up, there has to be at least one extension that supports it (all current versions do) and for a plugin to be listed on the licensing tab it needs to support in-admin updates (all current versions do).
Hope that helps!
