    Hi,

    On my page I have the form:

    http://organic-health-store.co.uk/organic-database-form-submit/
    when this is submitted it is has a confirmation page of
    http://organic-health-store.co.uk/organic-database-form-submitted/ (as yet blank)

    The database sits on another page.

    I don’t have anyone selected to be logged in before a form can be submitted, so it is open to the public (e.g. myself under testing with no-one logged in).

    I get the error warning ‘UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURRED’ whilst it is being submitted. I have tried it in both Firefox & Chrome and get the same result.

    I have seen other problems where due to an Ajax issue (above my head) it still submits the form data to the pending process area, but this doesn’t.

    In addition I have tried it with the ” When this option is enabled a “Submit New Entry” link will be displayed. When a user clicks this link they will be taken to a page where they can submit their entry to the directory.” option both on and off just in-case that will have had any effect. It didn’t.

    Something (another plugin, theme or server) is blocking access to:

    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    When you visit this URL:

    http://organic-health-store.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    The server responds with: 302 Moved Temporarily and then redirects to the site home page. It should simply show the number 0 and nothing else. Exmaple:

    http://connections-pro.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
