GuestHello,
I am trying to insert some entries, and all of a sudden I am getting no categories in the dropdown menu in my WP backend. See screenshot here:The categories are there, see screenshot here:
Any ideas what would be causing this? I have logged out, logged back in, etc. and can’t seem to get them to reappear. Thank you in advance for your time.

I’ve never seen that before! I’d need a temp admin account so I can take a look to see why.

GuestThis is happening to me as well. Except my categories are not showing up on the category page. They all disappeared when I tried to add a new category.
Existing clients are still categorized and my directory is working for them. But, if I want to add a new client, I cannot put them in a category.
I’m also having a problem with adding a new client. It works fine if I don’t want to edit their listing. As soon as I try to edit the listing, it jumps to a different client’s listing and I can’t update.
Thanks for any help!

Like I mentioned to Heather… I’d need a temp admin account so I can take a look to see why.
Login details can be sent via the contact link at the bottom of the page. In the message, please paste a link to this forum thread so I can relate the two.

I just finished helping Laura and resolved this issue for her. Unfortunately I do not believe the issue is the same as hers, so I would still need an admin account so I could take a look and fix it.
