    Hi there, I wrote a week ago but haven’t heard back. Our 3 most recent entries are not displaying, even though they are all active and public. Please help!

    Are you using any type of caching plugin? What is the exact shortcode you are using to display your directory?

    re: The program is suddenly forcing me to display a last name for each entry which I would prefer not to do.
    In Connections > 8.1 the last name is now required … actually it has always been required, just not enforced, but now it is necessary because Connections uses the names to create the folders which the entries images are saved in. All the premium templates sold here has a name_format shortcode option which can be used to remove the last name from display. Are you using any of these templates?

    Here’s the shortcode I’m using: [connections id='1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24' order_by='id|SPECIFIED'] Oh, I see they’re ID number wasn’t in there. Is it possible to just say “all”, and not order?

    Yes, just use the [connections] shortcode with no options set. It’ll just output all entries ordered by last name.
