ParticipantHi Steve,
Having a problem with connections in the market template. in the manage console, when i go to an entry to edit (or add an entry) i cannot edit the bio information from the visual editor. it will not allow me to click inside of it. also, it is a real chore to get the text editor to accept edits. don’t know why. it is happening in all of my sites where i use connections. no special settings.
normally, it is no big deal. but now on a new site it is a real issue. can you please give me some insight as to why this would occur? thanks.
send em a private message to my account email and i will provide you access via the admin page so you can take a look. thanks.

Typically this is not an issue being caused by Connections, but you can post the login details here as a private reply and I’ll log and check.

I believe the conflicting plugin is Reviewer. I didn’t want to deactivate (temporarily) to test/confirm. I figured it is safer to let you do that since you know how deactivating it will affect your site.
If it is, since it is a commercial plugin, I would need a copy of it to see if it is the source of the conflict or a bug within Connections.
Tip: If you click the
Texttab and then refresh the page, you get a text box that you can enter text into.Hope that helps!
