ParticipantI would like to import csv’s as individuals and not as organizations. How do I accomplish this?
The csv imports seem to be mapping correctly but I need the imports to default to individual and I can’t seem to change it in bulk after the import.

KeymasterThe import does default to an individual, if, the first and last name is mapped and they are not empty in the CSV file. It will only default to the organization, if, the organization field has been mapped and is not empty AND either the first/last name has been mapped and are empty or not mapped at all.
Hoper that helps.

ParticipantSteven adding the field entry to my csv and having each entry field populated with individual seemed to do the trick.

KeymasterOh, yes, adding the entry type field you can force it one way or the other rather rely on the auto detection.
If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!

ParticipantHi Steve,
We will most likely do a full write up on our blog and provide a star rating on wordpress.
Our experience has been mainly positive with a few hiccups. You have been very responsive with support and that is something that is very important to us when purchasing a premium wordpress plugin. Shortcode customization seems to work well.
If you want to address the drawbacks we might mention in the post. Here are some of our perceived drawbacks:
Had to search a while within the forum for css customization options. (CSS and PHP Customization should be included in documentation for each theme in my opinion)
My understanding is the Widget is not customizable. (Would prefer 5 most recent rather then 10 as I plan on putting this is the site’s footer)
Lack of Mobile Responsiveness in market theme. (can’t tell if other themes are responsive) This is a big deal in that I will probably have to figure out how to disable responsiveness on a single page or provide instructions for mobile users to use the view all button.
^^^For the above problem is it possible to float the cards to the left and have the categories on the right. If I do this and make the cards small this might make the directory functional on mobile. Please provide instructions if this is doable.
So far the propack seems to be a tremendous value and I really appreciate your assistance.
