    I’m using Excerpt Plus, and loved the idea of having SiteShots added to each listing. Though I’ve tried a number of different options (on a blank page, with no other options in shortcode, with and without image size specified in shortcode, with and without http:// preface on website field of listing, disabling Lizatom Shortcodes, with and without [raw] tags), I just keep getting the same blank photo box. SiteShots works fine on a standalone basis, using the MCE editor to add a siteshot, but nothing seems to work when its combined with Excerpt Plus. Do you have any ideas as to how I can fix this?

    Here’s the shortcode that I’m using:
    [connections category="2" image='siteshot' page_limit=10 enable_category_select=FALSE show_links=TRUE show_alphaindex='false' show_addresses=TRUE str_other_addr='Location']
    I’ve attached a screenshot of what I’m seeing at the moment. In addition, the shortcode that should hide the image entirely (image=’none’) doesn’t work either FYI.

    I would like to apologize for my delay in my reply as I was not receiving my notices for new support forum posts for about a week. Just reply notices to ones that were already started which is why I’m just now noticing.

    Which version of Excerpt Plus do you have installed? Nevermind… That seems to be a bug with the template.

    Can you give me a temp admin account? I’;ll log in real quick and fix it for you. You can post the details here as a private reply.

    That isn’t “hanging” the images are created by WordPress.com. They enter a queue in their system and created in its turn. Most the time that is pretty quick, sometimes it takes a little longer. If it is a valid URL, an image will be created.

    I made the tweak to Excerpt Plus and it’s working now as it should. I created a “Test 2: Excerpt” page using the shortcode from above.

    I also updated cMap to the latest version, so you should be good to go their too.
