GuestSteven:
Thanks for a wonderful plugin. It works great in web-kit browsers; however, in Internet Explorer 9 and 10, when expanding the contact card, the information flashes and disappears.
Now, I’m sure this could be fixed by using compatibility mode or another browser; however, this website serves many students and parents. Our school corporation only supports Google Chrome and Safari, so, we’re all set on campus. We discovered the issue during a parent teacher conference when the parent could not access the contact form. We can’t force people to use a web-kit browser at home, and many of them aren’t savy enough to change their settings. Is there something that I can do to fix this?
I’ve included the website in the form as requested. I’ll also include it here.
When you have time, I would appreciate if you took a look.
Also, I’d also like to know if there is a shortcode that I can use to force the slim contact card to be expanded on a specific listing (page). I’m talking about the “Teacher Blogs” in particular.
Thanks!
Andrew

I went straight to your site in both IE9 and IE10 and the template seemed to function just as expected. By change, you’re not double clicking on them are you?

GuestNo, we’re not double clicking. Just clicking once, the field expands, the content flashes, then disappears. I will attempt to send you a couple screenshots.
It may actually be IE 8. It’s working fine for me on IE 10. I will get back to you soon. Thanks for your quick response.
Sincerely,
Gatekeeper.
