What happens when you activate the TwentyTwelve parent theme?
can you please try increasing the memory allocated to PHP. Here’s a link to an excellent blog post that gives several different methods.

GuestHi Steven, Thanks for your support I really appreciate it.
I dont know exactly what happens when you activate the twentytwelve parent theme since I didnt activate it, my web guy did.
All I know is that the directory is only displaying one member of the list, vs 6, and the layout of the existing listing is compeletely off from the way it is supposed to be laid out. In addition, there was a “more” link at the bottom of each listing that expanded the listing to be almost twice as big to view more information about that practitioner.
Here is the site page:
http://www.annereith.com/psychic-readings-mediumship-readings-reiki-healings/I have an email out to my web guy to answer your question, but I thought adding this additional information might help to solve these issues.
Thanks,

GuestHi Steven,
I switched parent and child themes and it is not working. Also the PHP memory in my hostgator account is limited to 256M and I can’t increase it because is a shared hosting and not VPS
Please see this: In the dev site is working with the old version of the plugin

Looking at the page source of of both sites, I can see that cMap was changed quite a bit. So, I wonder if a coding incompatibility in the changes made to cMap.
Backup your altered version of cMap and restore the original to see if the error goes away.
One major issue I do see with the altered cMap is that a very older version of jQuery is being included at the beginning of each entry. This means since there are six entries on your dev site, this old very of jQuery is being loaded six times. This should not be loaded at all. Connections and cMap will properly load the correct version of jQuery bundled with WordPress.

GuestSteven,
I have never change the code for the cMap. Maybe the last person that work on the site did the changes?
The version of the cMap plugin is the version that I got from the dev site via ftp. I don’t have the original zip folder cMap plugin. Were I can get a fresh cMap plugin? The jQuery version is the same as the dev site
Please let me know
Thank you

GuestHello Steven,
My last developer did customize the c-map for our needs. How can we load a fresh version of c-map and also preserve the customization done on it?
Thanks,

I think you misunderstand, the cMap template was altered to include an older version of jQuery before each entry. That should be undone.
You can at anytime access your downloads from your Purchase History page. The most current version of your purchases will always be available on that page.

You can not maintain the changes. You’re going to have to run one or the other. I suggest backing up the custom version, so you do not lose it, and installing a fresh version to see if the error goes away. If it does, then you know for sure it is a bug in your custom version and if it doesn’t something else is amiss.
I also suggest checking your PHP error log as that might clue you in on what the source of the error is.
I hope that helps.

GuestHi Steven,
My web person purchased this plug in for me in Jan. 2012. Therefore I dont have the purchase history other than knowing the month it was purchased. How can I get a fresh copy to use to test this issue in this situation?
When purchasing this plugin my web person sold me on it since some of the main benefits stated are that you have 60 customizations that are possible with it.
Therefore, are you saying that for all of your customers, that each time an update happens for the plugin it deletes all the customizations that customers have done? Is this what you are saying?
