One “feature” request that slipped in from my customers… they would like the member directory to be public – visible to anyone who stops by the website. However, as members fill out their profiles they can include a member-to-member discount offering (I am using your NOTES field for this – I just changed the heading in the includes/class.form.php. But this information they would like hidden – only logged in members would have access…
I decided to use the profile template to present this output on another page. However; this will show everyone in the database. Whether they filled out a member discount or not. Is there a way that I can program this to only show the members when they are offering a discount????? Do you have any other suggestions? (my initial try was to use a separate form on another page, where they only fill out the notes field. But that does not work… thoughts????
What would you do? Thanks in advance for you help.
