GuestHi Steven,
I’m trying to add a date to my directory entries. All entries are for organisation and public.
I also wish to change to label to ‘Last updated’.
I have entered a birthday on a sample entry but it is not showing on the entry. I have tried shortcode setting show_birthday=’true’ without success. Is using organisation causing the problem or is there something else I should do,

I’m confused, just a little. cMap doesn’t show the “Last Updated” text, so it can’t be changed. On the templates that do show it, the only way to remove it or change it is to edit the template PHP files.
Choosing a birthday for an organization, I think that is not saved because an organization can not have a birthday. Honestly, I thought I did strip that logic out last fall, but I can’t remember for certain so I’ll have to double check.

GuestHi Steven,
I’ve suceeded in getting birthday added to my entries by changing from ‘Organisation’ to ‘Individual’ .
What I now need to do is change the label ‘Birthday’ to ‘Last updated’. If there is no shortcode to do this could you point me to the exact PHP file and I reckon I can figure it out from there.
Many thanks.

Checkout this post, you can use this method to change just about any text within Connections without having to edit any PHP at all, so it should even be upgrade safe.
