GuestWondering if anyone else has run into the issue where the entries only show up if logged in?
They are all set to public yet if I am not logged in the directory shows “no results”.
Anyone?
Thanks

On the Connections : Settings admin page under the General tab, please make sure the require login is not checked. Also, please make sure neither of the shortcode options are checked and click save changes.
Let me know if that resolves the issue.

GuestNone of those boxes are ticked. There is some progress however. 2 out of the 6 entries that I have entered now seem to show up. 4 others do not?
However if I log in it shows all 6 entries?

What is the exact shortcode you’re using?

Ok, if the entries are all set as public, the check boxes are not checked and that is the shortcode you’re using then I don’t know. I’ll need a temp admin account so I can take a look?

The site was still serving the WP Super Cache version of the page. I activated WP Super Cache, disable it with its settings and then purged the cached files. The full directory now shows.

GuestThanks Steve. I had turned off the Super Cache because I had run into problems with it on another site. Did not think about reactivating etc.
Much appreciated. Now onto full use of Connections and all its features.
