ParticipantHi Steven,
After updating your plugin my TilePlus contact details have moved below the picture (was to the right before).
See picture.

I’ve only ever seen this caused by the theme changing, globally, the CSS box-sizing to border-box rather than changing it only when they need to. I, personally, do not think this is good practice since it will break anything expecting the browser default. Perhaps you had them update at the same time, relatively. It is possible another plugin to do this, but I haven’t run across it yet, just themes.
Which version of Tile Plus do you have installed? It has been updated a few times since your initial purchase and one of the updates included a fix to force the default for the template.

ParticipantThe Theme has not been updated, since it worked yesterday.
I did however just update connections pro today.
When updating connections pro through WP, does it update the TilePlus as well?
If not, then I’m still using the TimePlus from my original download time, and this might be fixed simply by updating this then.

ParticipantYes, indeed.
This was fixed by updating the TilePlus.
My bad, I thought the Connections Pro update would update installed tiles as well.
Now I know this :)

Now, that you’ve updated Tile Plus to the latest… you can enter your support license key that was on your email sales receipt on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab. After you do, you will be notified in the admin of updates and be able to update with a single click. This feature has been rolled into most the other extensions and templates, so if you’re using others, I suggest updating and adding their support license key too.
Hope that helps!
