I already added an additional check for this as well as a few other items I saw that could use a bit more “hardening” when reviewing this issue. The next release planned for release on Friday/this weekend will contain these changes.

Like I said though, this is not a bug with Connections, so, you really should invest the time to track down the source of the issue as suggested in my previous reply as this could easily cause you other issues down the road that may not be as readily apparent.

The entry name, be it the org name or the first/last name is set as the display name according to the vCard spec. Unfortunately the vCard spec does not accommodate contact names. So this is not really a bug with Connections vCard export.

The vCard output includes both the photo and logo as the vCard spec support both. That said applications reading the vCard do not always properly support both. So if you only see the photo and not the logo, then the reason is because the app the vCard is being imported into does not support the logo image. Sorry, but there is nothing I can do about that. Which app are you using?

My best guess is that the theme or another plugin is incorrectly (meaning something that should not be done) unsetting the $wp_query variable.

My suggestion… deactivate all plugins unrelated to Connections.

Does the error go away?

• If it does, then one of the deactivated plugin is causing the error. Here’s how to find out which one:
  • Activate plugins one at a time checking for the error after each plugin activation. When the error happens again, the last plugin is the cause. If you find out which one, please let me know.
• If it does not, then the theme is the cause of the error. Here’s how to find out:
  • Temporarily activate the default WordPress theme and check for the error. If it is the theme, please let me know which one you are using.

Well… after you install it the only thing you have to do is activate it on the Connections : Templates admin page. As far as all the settings that is available to cMap… that is all optional. I would say after you install and activate it, visit the Template Customizer… that is the Customize button you’ll find on the Connections : Templates admin page for the cMap template. It is very configure with a point an interactive point and click interface. Enjoy!

Template Customizer support for cMap requires cMap 5.0. You need to update. I see you have not activated your support license in order to receive the update…

• Go to your purchase history.
• Click the View Licenses link for the cMap purchase.
• Click the Key icon to and copy your support license key.
• Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and activate your support license key for cMap under the License tab.
• Go to the Plugins admin page and click the update link for cMap.
• You should now be able to see the Customize button.

The tile itself does not show the bio or notes fields. Is that where you want it to show?

I see that is does show fine when you click thru to the single entry:

In the Tile template this is where it is supposed to be displayed. If you want to show this info in the list, then you’ll need to use a different template, like cMap.
