Since you have Form and Link, this can be done in the frontend. Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab. Scroll down to the Results List section and enable the “When this option is enabled a “View My Directory Entry” or “Add My Directory Entry” link will be displayed.” and disable the “When this option is enabled a “Submit New Entry” link will be displayed. When a user clicks this link they will be taken to a page where they can submit their entry to the directory.”

Now scroll a little further to the Entry Actions section and enable the “When this option is enabled a “Edit Entry” link will be displayed. When a user clicks this link they will be taken to a page where they can edit entry.”

That’ll do it. Hope that helps!

Sure I see no reason why you couldn’t, add this to the theme’s Custom CSS area:

This is a builtin feature. Go to the Connections : Templates admin page and click the Customize button for cMap. The page will reload with the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right. In the Customizer navigate to the Style panel and tweak away. Then click the Save and Publish button.

Sure this can be done… that said, others have tried it only to revert back because the expanding content trays for the bio/map/notes do not lend themselves well to the columnar layout. Here’s the basics to get your started. You’ll need to do a lot more tweaking though.

You would use Poedit to update the German translation by editing the connections_form-de_DE.po found here:

../wp-content/plugins/connections-form/languages

You would save the changes as a MO file and replace the existing one. If you send me the updated connections_form-de_DE.po I’ll include it in the next update to Form.

Are you manually inputting the time like that or are you adding the time using the sliders? It is coming back blank because that formatting is invalid as a time so it is being discarded.

It appears you may have copy/pasted the code from the web page and pasted it into the WordPress Visual editor. When this is done, the underlying HTML is also being pasted. This is not a Connections issue. It is just how the WP Visual editor works. You can copy/paste but this alway, as a best practice, be pasted into the Text tab of the editor. Pasted it in the Text tab will ensure the HTML is not pasted.

How to fix… edit the page where you inserted the shortcode, switch the editor to the Text tab. Now remove any HTML from in and around the shortcode, especially the code and pre tags. Save the page. The formatting should not be correct.

Sorry, this is not possible. A suggestion… use a different template for these. For example the Default card like so:

There is nothing to enable…

First, you do have the latest Form installed, yes?

If you do, go to your directory page.

Click an entry name so the page loads the profile detail view for the entry.

Above the entry you will see a link for “Edit” entry. Clicking this link will allow you to edit the entry.
