Without being able to see the csv file, my guess is that the quotes themselves are . quoted. Doing this “escapes” the quotes and are read as a single field. Open your csv file back into your spreadsheet and remove the quotes from around the header fields names and then re-export the file as a CSV file.
Hope that helps!
ps. A good read is the tips section of the CSV Import documentation.

I see you have install and activate both Form and Link. The only steps left to follow is the basic configuration of both. Here are the links to the docs for both.
Hope that helps!

great to hear. Keep in mind that you can always do this yourself on your purchase history page as I xplained in a previous reply.

Deactivate the Contact extension. One of the primary features of that extension is to hide all email addresses, keeping them private. Users are instead presented with a webform on the entry profile detail page to contact the entry. If you do not see that form on the profile detail page, you still need to configure Contact per the documentation.
Hope that helps!

re: This works perfectly when the ID is not import (in conflict with the ID in BDD).
There is no conflict with the ID. If you import an ID, Connections attempts to update an entry with that ID. If the ID is not found, it is skipped. Importing an ID is intended to update existing entries within an exists directory … not importing into a new directory.

re: I got this to work, but going back to the original directory page doesn’t. If I click on the link to go back to the directory it takes me to the force_home page instead. Is there a way to change that behavior?
On the “Practitioner” page, try adding
home_id=xto the shortcode wherexequals the original page ID.re: I also found my settings are dropped like enable_map=’FALSE’ are lost.
On the “Practitioner” page, I did say not to add any shortcode options … but, if you used any template specific shortcode options such as
enable_map=’FALSE’you should add them to this page too. Shortcode options do not “carry over” from one page to another that is why they are “lost”.Hope that helps!

Hard to know off hand. Can you check the PHP error log to see it it reveals anything that might be useful to debug the issue. You’ll have to ask your webhost where you can find this file.
Most often this file will be cluttered with messages, notices and warnings. You should first delete it and then download the file fresh after visiting the page a few times. Hopefully something will get get logged.
Let me know what you find out.

re: Can you explain me where is the problem ?
My guess, you are importing an export from another directory, correct? If so, please see this FAQ, second paragraph.
Hope that helps!
