The issue was that the shortcode was placed within the Code block in Fusion rather than a Text block. I made that simple change and it is back to normal.

Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab. Scroll down to the Single Entry section and disable the template option.

The issue is with the source CSV file, not the import process.

Please see requirement #3 of the CSV file requirements and tip #2 in the Tips. And here’s the link to a FAQ about extended characters and how to properly encode the file using Windows Notepad.

These will explain basics of what going on and how to fix the file so it can be properly imporated.

Sorry, no, there is no easy way to reuse deleted category IDs. These are assigned and maintained by the database are are not actually set by Connections or WordPress.

I’ve used that link to login! I like it, I may have to recommend using this plugin going forward when admin access is needed!

I navigated to the Manage admin page and filtered by the wedding & event category. The Graham, Jonathon entry was the very first result followed by the remaining 6.

Is this the entry you cannot see?
