Sorry, but neither are currently possible with Connections.

KeymasterI visited the site, it appears the default template is still in use. Can you please double check that you have installed cMap and have activated it on the Connections : Templates admin page?
Steven Zahm
KeymasterThe issue is that Tile Plus requires a specific image setup. Here’s a copy from the product page:
Medium Image size MUST be set to:
Width: 80px
Height: 120px [or smaller]
NOTE: If images have already been uploaded in a different size they will need to be uploaded again after the image settings are applied to be compliant with this template. After you make the changes, things should show fine.
Please let me know. Thanks!

That good to hear! I was just reviewing this scratching my head as to what the issue possible could be… My thought is that since a full re-install fixed things up is that the install might have still been pointing to the original host.

KeymasterOk, I can reproduce now … now just to figure out why and fix it.

I just visited the site. The only entry with a logo seems to be this one:
http://onlinemarketingcoop.com/directory/name/mark-adams/What are the settings for the logo on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Images tab?
And, after you changed the settings, did you re-upload the logo so the new settings can be applied?

On the Connections : Settings admin page under the Images tab, change the ratio option to Fill under the medium image size. After you make the change, you’ll have to re-upload any images you want the setting to be applied to.

And? Did you do what the notice suggests? If you did, the web host is preventing the folder from being created automatically, you will have to log in via FTP and manually create the folder.

Activate the “Names” template under the “All” template type on the Connections : Templates admin page. And then under both the “Organization” and “Individual” template types, activate cMap.
One the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab check the “Single Entry” option.
And finally, on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab, check the Name option in the Links section.
That should get you what you want.

Yep, that makes sense and is exactly what I thought you wanted. Right this second, there is not an easy way to do this with just a small edit or anything … now, I alluded to stuff happening this month … well, one of those items was a complete revamp on how templates are built. Moving forward all new templates and updates to existing templates will use this new system. The first of which are Slim and the new Slim Plus templates. The rest will follow throughout the month. As an end user the only change you’ll see or should see is that you’ll install them as a plugin rather than using the template installer. Now that templates are actually just like any other plugin, I can do so much more with them such create settings pages for them so one doesn’t have to mess with shortcode options. This will not happen in the first wave of updates because of time constraints, but it will come. Now what does this have to do with your question? Well, it doesn’t make sense to rewrite a core system and not throw some enhancements in, right? One such enhancement, part of template creation I can register the various parts a template has and one of those template parts is a single view for a card [entry]. See where I’m going with this? The update to cMap will include a single view where the bio, map and notes are expanded. No settings required. The basic logic is that if Connections sees “/name/” in the URL, that has to be a single entry and thus the single card template part will be used to show the entry.
Man, I hope that makes sense!
