I still need the FTP access … I have at least narrowed the issue. It seems only the one crop mode is working on your web hosts server which just happens to be the default for the logo. The photo has a different crop mode default.

Really what I need to track this down for you is a temp WP admin account and FTP access. This is what I’m not permitted to ask for on the wp.org forums. Basically I have to use trial and error inserting debug code trying to figure out at which point in the code that is failing. I’m still leaning towards memory or a function I’m using in PHP that may not be completely compatible with the version of PHP installed on your site. Not sure it would be the latter because logos work … which mean the image processing code does work for you just fine.

I have not added CSV export … not sure where you’re seeing it??? Quite some time ago I did have some non-functioning code (it only added some visual elements) in the CSV Import extension which was accidently left in a release version for a month or so. Perhaps you have a copy of the old version???

The only thing I can think of is a conflict with another plugin… but I don’t see how that would be possible. A couple questions…

Are you using Connections 8.1.5?
Did you try deactivating all other plugins temporarily to see if the issue resolves itself?

No, I meant the version of Connections, not WordPress. CAn I get a temp admin account so I can take a closer look?

As for the forgot password link … Connections really has nothing to do with that so I don’t really know what the issue would be with that.

That’s exactly what would happen with the integration with those plugins. Just instead of building it into Connections I would integrate with another to facilitate handling payments and recurring payments and such. No every user wants or needs this type of feature but those that do, from my experience, already run some type of membership plugin. Integrating with those would provide for a better experience. When will this happen … honestly I thought I’d have my first integration done by now so I can not give an eta at this time.

Ok, that could be the issue. They might be a character in Greek that is breaking the function that displays a message. I do not have a Greek translation that ships with Connections … I will need your Greek MO/PO files that you created for Connections to track down exactly the issue so I can implement the correct fix.

Is the entry with the id of 1 an individual?

Can you share a link to your directory so I can take a look? I have run across instances where entries where not display because of CSS styles within the theme.
