    Make sense … it is a server level config, like I linked to. If a zip is larger than the permitted upload size, the server will reject it with that error.

    Sorry to say this is a web host permissions issue, there not anything I can do about it.

    If you noticed, you need to enter FTP login details to install plugins. That in itself is not an issue … but that lead me to simply try a test image upload into the WordPress Media Library … that fails too.

    Looks like the last time something was up;loaded to the site was in June of last year. My guess something at the host level has changed between now and then.

    You’ll have to contact them and request that the /wp-content/uploads/ folder be writable to PHP. After that is done, things should work automagically.

    Enabling the option really cleanup/fix the display of the template. Looks just like it should now.

    As for the missing image… I’ll need a temp admin account and FTP login to see why the images are not being displayed. The login details can be sent via the contact link at the bottom of the page.

    Hmmm, definitely a bug then, I’ll have to check into that. For now, you can disable pagination and then set the page limit to a high number.

    First, please move the images back. If Connections can not locate them in the old folder, it will not be able to properly migrate the images to the new folder structure because it will not be able to find them. Instead, it’ll just default back to the no photo/logo message.

    I need to see what it looked like with the broken image icon. There will be a server/browser error message that will help me.

    Another thing to do real quick … the theme is messing up the output from shortcode (most likely the theme). Please see this FAQ:

    Try the solution in the yellow-tinted box.

    Let me know when you have the images moved back and I’ll take another look.

    Currently this feature set is not part of Connections. Other who choose Connections will use plugin like Restrict Content Pro or similar to manage site membership and then use roles to determine if the user can add/edit their entry in Connections.

    I do not keep track of geographic locations of sites that use Connections or cMap … with that said, I do have a long list of sites that use it list on the cMap product page:

    You can use enable_pagination='false' shortcode option to disable the pagination … I’m guessing that is what you want to do, right? I do not recommend doing this if you have more than 40–50 entries to display though as the more entries being shown the more impact there is on page load time. This is not a Connections limitation … it is basically for the same reasons WordPress limits 5–10 posts per page.
