Add the following to the template’s javascript file should do the trick. Normally I do not recommend changing the templates code directly but it appears the template has already been tweaked to meet your needs. So what’s one more tweak, right? :)
jQuery( '#cn-tile-plus .cn-category-select.cn-enhanced-select' ).change(function() { this.form.submit() });Hope that helps!

Pretty certain this is not a Connections issue. You’ll need to talk to Cloudflare support… Why, all the script on your pages are not running because they are defined as
text/rocketscriptinstead oftext/javascriptso the browser does not run them because the browser does not know what them means. Here’s a related Google search:https://www.google.com/search?q=text%2Frocketscript

YOu might want to take a moment to read this. It’ll help when you work with shortcodes.
To fix the issue you are seeing…
Edit the page, switch the post editor to the Text tab.
Delete any
codeand/orpretags in and around the shortcode. You should take the opportunity to remove any other HTML tags that might be in the shortcode too. HTML tags break the WordPress shortcode parser.Hope that helps!

re: Is there a way to have part of the database require logon and others not?
There is only one way I can think of dealing with this…
Disable the Login Required option on the Connections : Settings admin page.
Edit the member directory page, set the Visibility status of the page to Private in the Publish metabox. That way, only logged in users can view the page.
Just make sure that your private entries in Connections are set to private so only logged in user can view those.
With this setup, you’ll have to provide you users with another method for logging since they will not be able to get to the member directory page until they are logged in. Maybe add a login widget to the theme’s side bar would be a decent solution.
Hope that helps!

This is doing pretty much what you are asking it to do… I’ll illustrate with an example… You have a button shortcode, you put this shortcode on the page many times and that button shows for each instance the shortcode was added. This is the same thing happening with Connections. The shortcode is on the page many times, so you’ll have output for each instance of the shortcode on the page. Make sense?
Now, that said, Connections being as flexible as it is, there is a way to manage this type of setup. here’s how:
Create a new page. The name of the page is not relevant but should applicable.
The content of this new page should be the
[connections]shortcode and nothing else.Save the page and take note of the page ID, You’ll need it. You can find it in the browser address bar as part of the URL.
Go to your original directory page and add the home_id shortcode option. You shortcode on the page should look something like this:
[connections home_id="n"]Save the page.
No when the links in the directory are clicked, they will resolve to the new page.
Hope that helps!

There’s not really a way to do this easily. The easiest is kind of hacky.. add the following CSS to the theme’s custom CSS area:
#cn-gridder form.cn-form { position: absolute; top: -70px; display: block; width: 100%; } #cn-slim-plus form.cn-form { position: absolute; top: -80px; display: block; width: 100%; }Basically this take the form section out of the normal document flow and uses positioning to sort of wedge it between the neaders.
