What site are you trying to activate the items in the Pro Pack on? Currently may are registered to the http://mica.org.au/ site.

Here’s what you should do… generally this is not ever necessary but I can not determine what state your site is in currently. So, starting over is a good place to start. So to speak.

• Navigate to the Connections :: Settings admin page and click the Licenses tab. Deactivate any licenses which are activated.
• Navigate to your purchase history and click the Licenses tab. Click the Manage Sites link and the the Deactivate Site button (if there is one, it will only display if a site has been registered).
• Deactivate and then delete any previously installed versions.
• Download the items from the Pro Pack from the Downloads tab in your purchase history.
• Install and activate the items from the Pro Pack you just purchased.
• Finally activate the support license keys you receive for the items in the Pro Pack using your new support license keys, not the expired ones.

Now, that said … Honestly, I’m still not certain this answers your question in regards to the licenses but I’ll try to answer regardless…

You purchased several items which have had their support license key expire. Purchasing the Pro Pack does not renew the expired items you’ve already purchased but you do not necessarily need to install the item from the Pro pack Purchase. All you really needed to do was navigate to the Connections :: Settings Licenses tab and activate your new support license key you received for the items in the Pro Pack purchase. Hope fully that make sense.

Sorry, no, there is no way to integrate with the core WordPress search. What you could do is add the search widget from the Widget Pack to the theme’s sidebar so you can search the directory from any page like the core WordPress search.

Yes, it should “just work“. For some reason the core WordPress function site_url() does not seem to be returning the site URL with the https protocol. It is returning the standard http protocol. So, when viewing the page with https any asset called with http will be blocked by most browsers. This is not only affecting Connections, but several plugins on your site. Take a look at you page with https and the hit CTRL+U and then do a search for http://. There are quite a few assets being blocked from loading.

Perhaps you can force the site to default to https to resolve the issue.

The only way I can think of doing this is to make the tiles variable width based on screen size but that would not limit the number of tile based on screen size. The latter there is no good way to do this because the page size would have to be known before the query is made. I suppose with some javascript this could be doable but would be greatly complicated by the fact of what to do when the person rotates the screen.

There are a lot of classes available for CSS selectors. You can use the browser console to inspect them. Perhaps you can come up with a creative solution to get the result you are seeking. Of the top of my head I can not think of any to provide you some guidance, sorry.

Looks like it was working fine. The theme was hiding the search form. I made a small tweak to for the theme to show the search form so you can now see it.

That is correct, the license keys are only valid for the item which was purchased. They can not be used to renew other items. A bundle is, as far as the store is concerned, still a “single” item even though it contains multiple items. Hope that makes sense.

I have not heard of or run accross this issue before. Could you forward the email back to me? I’d like to see if I can replicate it.

So you do not have to wait for me to try and replicate and troubleshoot…

The zip files, so you can install, when downloading, name them anything you want when downloading so as long as it is unique. The zip file contains the folder with the correct name so the name of the actual zip file should not affect installation.

The po file for Form you attached was not structured correctly. It took quite a bit of time but I manage to structure it correctly so it could be properly updated and compiled to a MO file.

The primary issue was that the translated string were saved to the msgctxt attribute. They should have been saved to the msgstr attribute instead. The msgctxt attribute is used for the string context and the msgstr is used for the translated string.

I’ve attached the updated file so you can use it.

As for the update, that is unknown at this time. What I can do is send you a zip which contains both the MO/PO files which you can unzip into the Form languages folder so you do not have to wait for the update. Will that work fr you?
