Maybe we are not on the same page… what form URL exactly? I see on your page you have added as link “Please submit your information to be listed!” to the page. Clicking that link does work. You just have the submission for set to require a login to submit. That is why you see this message “Please login in order to submit your entry to our directory.” on the Form submit page.

Now, if you want Form and the Form link to display, you need to navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Form tab and disable the option that requires a login.

If that option was enabled, it was not the fact you could not see it on mobile, it was because you were not logged in on mobile.

I see you are using WP Rocket … make sure you flush your page cache. Exclude the URL for the Form page would be a good idea.

What version did you update from? No recent updates could have done that, but I guess it could somehow be possible if you updated from a very older very from a few years ago and something went wrong because of a database update that was required a few years ago.

I you updated from a relatively recent version, let me know. I’ll likely will need a temp WP admin login so I can take a closer look.

no, this is not a theme or plugin issue. It is a server config issue. Did you try changing the permalink structure as suggested?

Navigate to the WordPress Settings permalink admin page. Choose the Postname option for your permalinks. Then in the custom box remove the index.php/ part and save.

If you are using any time of page caching either thru the server or a WP plugin, clear the cache.

Now your site will have more SEO friendly URLs (permalinks) and make you site compatible with Connections.

This is not something that typically needs to be done because most web hosts have their servers configured to work properly with WordPress permalinks. If you find your links do not work after this change you will, unfortunately, need to contact your web host to change the config to the web server so the permalinks will work correctly without the index.php. It should be a very simple/quick fix for them to do.

Hmmm, the web server info seems to be “obscured”, for the lack of a better term. Can you ask you web host what web server they have installed on your account. It does not seem to be Apache or nginx.

What will need to be done is the web server will need to be configured with an htaccess rule (equivalent) so the index.php can be removed so the links will resolve correctly with it removed. This is pretty standard WP stuff, so they should be able to do it without any troubles. Generally this just works on.

Perhaps you are using some sort of page caching, either with a WordPress plugin or on the server? If you, after changes to WordPress you should flush the cache.

re: the choice in admin panel is limited. I can remove index.php only in the “personnal structure” but if I do that all the links are broken

Sorry, no, you can not create custom fields using the Form extension. Custom fields have to be coded.
