    @ Cari

I move the license from Jennifer’s account to yours. You should now be able to deactivate it on the other site and now activate it on your site using the license manager in your purchase history.

    Hope that helps!

re: One other question. Is it also possible to use this as membership software. What they really want is an automated system for payments and renewals of subscriptions.

No, Connections is not a membership plugin. If you would like to process memberships I highly suggest a membership plugin. This will give you multiple ways to monetize your site where director access is just one membership perk. There are directory plugins which incorporate methods to pay for and renew listing but then you have limited yourself to just that one possible revenue stream.

    Hope that helps!

    @ Marina

Facebook automagically chooses the first image from the page which is at least 200x200px when og:image does not exist. Since this has been the first time this has even been requested I have not even considered adding the og:image. I can add this to my feature request list. Seems like this would be best added as an extension.

Great to hear you did receive it. I’ve noticed Gmail has been putting a lot of legitimate email in spam for the last few months; ie. anyone with emailing me from a Yahoo account and all my email Amazon. Now they are making it more difficult to email attachments. It’s just a tad too aggressive nowadays in my opinion but I do understand why.

No, the file need to uploaded from your computer. You can download the image from Flickr and then attach it to the entry.

    Hope that answers your question.

Apologies for the delayed reply, I just noticed I had not replied. I’ll send along this template/add-on momentarily. Let me know if you do not receive it.

What you’ll need is a beta add-on I have for multiple category search as seen on this site, the “Find A Therapist” section. If you purchase either the Extension Pro Pack or the Pro Pack I’ll can send this separately via email with configuration instructions. It is a little difficult to set up, but as a service I do provide installation and configuration as an option. If you are interested in this service I can provide a quote when you I send you this add-on.

I hope this answers your question thoroughly.

ps. This addon is compatible with all the template.

re: Is it possible to make two directories. One for counsellors and one for supervisors?

Yes, this is possible and many users use Connections to do exactly this type of setup. This is done be segregating the directories by category. The setup is a little more complicated. If you decide to use Connections I can provide guidance on how to do this.

re: Which extension would I need to buy to have the search option. And that would be searching for counsellors specialities listed in categories.

Any of the premium templates. They all feature keyword search and filter by category. some do have these disabled by default due to their design focus by can easily be enabled.

I hope I have thoroughly answered your questions.

You need at least the Link extension and, optionally, the Form extension if you wish to have this available on the site’s frontend.

    Hope this answers your question.

Can you please give me a temp WP admin login so I can take a closer look?

Can you also please attach a copy of the CSV file you imported? Before you attach it please rename it from .csv to .txt so the support forum does not reject the file.
