Impossible to say from a screenshot. If you can share a link, I’ll take a look. The one thing you can try is what is outlined in this FAQ when the layout does not appear correct.
Hope this helps, let me know.

Hmmm… odd one then. The uploads “simply” use the core WordPress upload functions so if it uploads elsewhere it should upload in Connections too.
I’ll need to take a closer look. Please attach a copy of the CSV file, renamed as mention in my last response. An outline of the desired mapping. And a WP admin login. I might need an FTP login too. All can be posted here as a private reply. As soon as I get the info, I’ll take a look.

False positives. Connections is fully compatible with PHP 7.1.x.

re: Disable Real MIME Check plug-in
This is not required with the latest version of the CSV import extension. It includes secure method to work with the new security checks on files uploads in WP 4.7.1.
If you are still receiving the incorrect file type or file was rejected for security reason, did you try the solution in this FAQ?
re: I spent another three hours trying to resolve, but to no avail.
Please feel free to ask before spending so much time. I try to answer quickly … if I’m online and weekends might not get to answer until Monday.
re: any suggestions?
I need more details…
When you click upload, do you get the mapping step? If yes, the file uploaded just fine.
When you click the import, what happens?
Did you follow the CSV File Setup Requirements and the Tips or refer to the FAQs? Specifically the Why is nothing being imported? FAQ?
Can you please attached a copy of the file you are importing? Please renamed it from
.csvto.txtfirst so the forum will accept the attachment.Steven Zahm

re: Just to clarify, you didn’t touch anything else, right? all the fonts on our page are off now for some reason…
I changed nothing. I only added the test entry. And since it worked right aways, did nothing else.
re: Did it actually show once you publish it on the getactive page?
Yes, it did. Which is why it makes me think you may have been accidentally adding the photo as a logo vs adding it as an image because logos will not be used for the image in the template.

I logged in added a new entry
0 testwith a test image. And it showed up in the admin and on the page the first time. I immediately set it to unlisted so it would not show up on your directory. I did did not delete it so you could see it.Question… When you are adding the entry… are you certain you are adding it as a image and not a logo? For the image to show up in Gridder, you need to add it as the image, not the logo.

re: I’m using the feature CSV Import and I don’t find a way to import and map a custom field.
You asking about the “Custom Fields” metabox and not custom fields, correct? Confusing, I know. Its kinda WordPress’s fault. Let me explain. On a new page/post you have a “Custom Fields” metabox … so does Connections when you add an entry. On a page/post you may have other fields added by the theme or plugin. For example for theme specific settings for the page or Yoast SEO. These too are custom fields. What make it even more confusing, the data for both are saved in the exact same place. Connections is the same too. You can have custom fields in addition to the “Custom Fields”. Clear (as mud, I’m sure)?
If you are asking about the “Custom Fields” metabox, sorry no, there is no way to map to them.
If you are asking about custom fields, yes, this is possible. Here’s a tutorial for on a custom text field. If has a section on how to register it with thee import and export tools.
Hope this helps!

re: Can you take a look at the attached screenshot and let me know what you think might cause the directory to appear like that?
It appears that the CSS and Javascript for Connections and the template are not being loaded.
My initial thought is that the
wp_footer()template tag is missing in the theme’sfooter.phpfile.RE: I do not see an option below to make this post private, is that still an option, for future reference,
Yes, this is still an option, but only only replies. The initial post can not be private.
Hope this helps, let me know.
