I’m having a hard time understanding the issue. Currently is not a way to associate an individual entry with an organization entry. Regardless, “unlisted” entries should never be shown, unless that option was changed on the Connections : Roles admin page. So you might want to double check that.

There is an option, which is off by default, that turns and individual name and an organization name into a link on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab. Un-checking that option will remove the link.

Sorry for the delay … I didn’t get the email notice that you posted, twice.

I checked you account, you should be able to access the cMap forum without issue. Right now there is a bug with the support forum where I can’t seem to add bundle as valid purchases so you are being denied access to the individual product support forums. I located the bug in Tile Plus and just uploaded version 2.1.1. You can download it from you Purchase History page. Just install it right over top of the current version.

Ok, that is very helpful. I think think I might have had my logic backwards. Can you install the new version and grant me a temp admin account. I’d like to make a small change in the logic to make sure I got it right for the next update.

Everything I said to Mark also applies, please update to the latest version of cMap.

The version of cMap listed on your Purchase History page will always be the current version. I highly recommend that you upgrade as it should remedy issues 1 and 2 as well as the pagination issues noted in 3.  Issue 4, that is exactly how versions of cMap prior to 2.1 worked. Version 2.1 makes the spyglass clickable.

Please download cMap  from your Purchase History  and install right over top of the current version. The version number will not change unless you activate a random template and then reactivate cMap, not a necessary step. You’ll be able to confirm that the new version is being used because the spyglass will be clickable for a search.

Apologies for the delay, I’ve been prioritizing support issue/bug related to the last update…

There is not an official CSV export option that time, just a little PHP another user put together. Here’s the link.

I do have it on my feature request list to enable some sort or list of orgs and departments that when clicked will show those individuals. I like the idea so maybe I’ll have something put together by summer.

Live search? Do you mean like Google Instant where results start showing as you’re typing?

Nope, not a clash with another plugin. This is an error in the way a certain WordPress function is being used by Connections. I thought I had hunted down all those a year ago. There was a change in WordPress 3.5 so the error would show … or something like that. A lot of plugins had to update to use this function correctly.

I’m not certain how you getting these errors. This one seems to be coming from the wp-config.php file for a setting for Better WP Security. This file loads long before Connections and any other plugin is even run.
