    @ Ralph

    This page, correct?

    https://predictioninvest.com/hall-of-scammers/submit/

I just submitted a test entry, was it received?

I still see several errors on the browser console.

    • GET https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-125096885-1 0 ()
    • Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined
    • Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'secret' of null
    • And one other from Google.

It now looks like WP Fastest Cache is running. Can you please disable it? That could definitely because the cause of the errors the browser is reporting.

I would like to see the page with no caching plugins running.

Question, were you running both Hummingbird and WP Fastest Cache together, at the same time?

The file is not a valid CSV file. The first row should be the column headers. In the file that was attached has membership roster with a date.

Remove that first row, make sure the column headers are the first row. I would also suggest deleting columns you are not going to import. That’ll speed up the process because there would be less to parse during the import process.

    Hope that helps!

At this point, I do not believe this would be related to a WP update. What other updates and server related types of changes were made?

Can you please navigate to the Connections : Tools admin page and click the System Info tab. Scroll to the bottom and generate a share link. Reply back, as a private reply, with that link.

OR, create an admin login using this plugin

First, are you using the latest version of CSV Import?

Generally when an issue like this pops up the source of the issue is the CSV file itself. Can you please attach it, as a private reply, and I’ll take a look at it?

You will need to the the card.php file found in this folder:

    ../wp-content/plugins/connections-cmap/

Move the code from the bio from out of the sliding content tray. Save and upload your file.

If you make this change I highly recommend reading this developer doc on custom template override files.

    Hope this helps!

You will need the Link extension and optionally the Form Extension.

Connections does not accept payments for listings. I do not plan on adding such features. I recommend you use a membership plugin like Restrict Content Pro to manage membership payments and renewals. This greatly increases your ability to monetize your site where a directory is just one benefit of the user’s membership.

There are other directory plugins which do integrate payments, but then you lock yourself into only being able to monetize your directory making it very difficult to expand member benefits and further increase your opportunity to monetize.

    Hope this helps!

Did you by chance copy/paste the shortcode from the web page into the WP Post editor? If you did, I recommend deleting it all and manually typing it instead. When you copy/paste, you also copy/paste the underlying HTML from the source web page. This HTML will break the WP shortcode parser.

Hope that helps, let me know.

RE: I just want to create a way for users to click a letter. For instance, letter A. Once they click letter A, it will show up listings with A.

Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab. Enable the Character Index option.

    Hope that helps!
