Sorry about that, I didn’t paste the link…

Keymaster@ Qasim
Can you try deleting and reinstalling the template to see if that fixes it? It appears that the file that should load to display the entry details is not being loaded. If that does not fix it, I’ll need a temp admin account so I can take a closer look to see what is causing this.

Never run into this before … which maintenance mode plugin are you using? And, what, more precisely, can you not see? The Connections admin pages? The page with
[connections]shortcode? Or do you see the page and with just the shortcode or just a blank page where the shortcode should show the directory?Steven Zahm

Sounds like everything is sorted.
If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!

My apologies that I’m not able to give you a working solution to this problem.

Take a look at this FAQ, specifically the section about the
codeandpreHTML tags. If those exist, removing those should resolve the layout issue.Hope that helps!

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, but I can help…
re: How do we make the title of the Organization a bigger font?
There is no option to do this. However, you can use CSS to change the font size any size you wish. Add the following to the theme’s custom CSS area or to the end of its styles.css file, tweak the size to suit:#cn-cmap span.org.fn { font-size: 1.5em; }re: How can we take out extra spaces for various things we don’t want included (for example, placing the web site link right underneath the name of the organization. Unfortunately the poor spacing is being caused by the theme. Please see this FAQ. Specifically the solution presented in the yellow-tinted box. That nearly always fixes the issue for the fwe that encounter it.
re: We don’t want to add Logo, but it says “No Logo Available” on the screen.
You can turn the logo off by using theimageshortcode option like so:
[connections image='none']`re: We have added .png files for the two entries –they show up upon EDIT, BUT do not show up on the screen.
Sorry, but I do not follow. Are you uploading a logo or an image?re: Is there something in the CSS Template file that I need to do?
The bit of CSS I gave you, you could follow this QuickTip instead of adding it to the theme. Either way will work. Chose the method you’re most comfortable with doing.I hope that helps!

If you did, it would be available as a download in your purchase history if your support license is current.
I tried searching the purchase history with the email address you used for this support forum thread but I didn’t get any results. So, maybe you purchased with another email address?

Ahhh, yes compatibility view … I thought that was removed in IE11, I’ll have to keep that in mind.
As for the visual editor, version 0.8.10 should fix that. Let me know if it does not.
