Ok, sorry, but those can only be displayed in the order they are entered. Even then, it is possible, they may not always display in the entered order. That data is saved and retrieved from the database in no order, so that is how it’ll be retrieved.

KeymasterCould you please provide some more details on what is meant by does not show? For example, where do they not show? On the frontend? On the Manage admin page?
The screenshot that was attached, I removed, it was only a very small thumbnail. I was not able to make out what it was showing. Could you attach a larger screenshot?
I did review the CSV file that was attached. Did you export that file from Connections? Are those the entries that are not showing?

RE: We successfully exported the CSV file and we have the data, But not the images? How can we export the images and import both the CSV file and images into the latest version of Connections plugin.
It was not until version 8.6.12 that the export of the photo and logo image URLs were included in the exported CSV file. You will have to upgrade from 8.1.5.
RE: it seems to not import the CSV if biography column is filled.
I such instances the issue in nearly always that the CSV file is not valid and does not meet the CSV file requirements.
Review the requirements and ensure your file does meet them. If it appear to, please arratch it, as a private reply, and I’ll take a look.

Are you certain? Perhaps you were seeing site using the Tile Plus template. cMap is designed to be single column only. The sliding content trays will not play well in a multiple column layout. There have been a few users who altered it’s CSS to display in columns, but most revert back after they see the results with the slide down content trays.
Hope this helps! Let me know.

Navigate to the Table of Contents Settings admin page. Locate the Smooth Scroll Offset option and increase the value to be larger than the static header on your site. In many cases that addresses the issue. However, there are theme which dynamically set the offset on their own for their header so the Smooth Scroll Offset would not have an apparent effect because the theme readjusts the content again after the scroll to account for its header. In this scenario there is nothing I can do to resolve because that is how the theme was designed.
Hope this helps!

That would depend on what was modified… I see you have both the Gridder template and the Widget Pack. Assuming one or both of those were modified and since the changes were lost in an update, my best guess is that you need to restore the files in one or both of these folders:
../wp-content/plugins/connections-gridder/../wp-content/plugins/connections-widgets/
Hope this helps, let me know.

Sorry, I’m not quite sure what you are trying to order.
Are you trying to change the display order of entries on then frontend based on values in the Custom Fields.
Or…
Are you trying to display values you entered in Custom Fields in a specific order on the frontend?
Or… something else?
