Tip
Default: All
Include Categories
Choose the categories to include in the directory. The entries assigned to the selected categories will be displayed. If an entry has been assigned to any of the selected categories, it will be shown by default. If you wish to display entries only when they are assigned to all the selected categories, enable the Entries must be assigned to all the above chosen categories? option below the category checklist.
Tip
Exclude Categories
Similar to the Include Categories option, you can choose to exclude entries from the directory based on whether or not the entry has been assigned any of the selected categories.
Filters
These basic filters allow you to display only those entries which meet the filter criteria. The filters are:
- Full Name
- Last Name
- Title
- Department
- Organization
- District
- County
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Country
These filters work as an operational AND when querying the entries. Here’s an example: If you want to display only the ACME organizations in Idaho, you would enter ACME in the Organization filter and Idaho in the State filter. This would limit the entries to those ACME organizations which are in Idaho.
Each filter supports multiple terms which work as an operational OR when querying the entries. Building on our previous example, if you add Washington and Oregon to the State filter, the list would be limited to the ACME organizations in Idaho OR Oregon OR Washington.
