How to Add a Block using the Block Inserter
There are three methods to insert a block into the page using the Block Inserter (the + icon); they are as follows:
- Block Inserter icon in the top toolbar.
- Block Inserter icon to the right of an empty block.
- Block Inserter icon in between blocks.
Clicking the top toolbar Block Inserter Icon will open the Block Editor side panel, and clicking either the Block Inserter Icon to the right of an empty block or between blocks will open the Blocks popup.
In both locations, type “connections” (without quotes) in the Search field. This will display the available Connections Blocks.
To insert a block, click the icon of the block you wish to insert. This will immediately insert your chosen block and show its settings.
