Ok, digging deeper in the page source… the Chrome dev tools were a little misleading on where the anchor tag was actually being opened and not closed… it appears the anchor (link) tag is actually being opened in a text widget. It appears to be the one added for the login image. The anchor is opened, but not being closed. That is creating a malformed page.

You should use the shortcode option to make the changes that you’ve made to the PHP file, you should not edit the PHP file as that will always be overwritten in an update.

Good to hear you’ve got it sorted… I wonder exactly what was the issue that caused the db to become out of sync. Haven’t ever run across that before.

The phone numbers are not display in the results list. It is designed to show only the profile page.

See the doc page for Circled within the Layout Configuration section. See the Profile Details under the Configuring the Profile Page for items that can be configured on the profile page.

You could edit the template PHP files to added the phone number results page but since it was not designed for that would also have to add any necessary styles so the layout does not break.

So not put the quotes in. The column header for categories should be Category not ” category”.

The category value should be Almond not “Almond” or ‘ Almond’

This has nothing to do with your theme, you need to structure the data correctly.

When you enter your data in Excel or LibreOffice you do not add the quotes. When you export the CSV file from those applications they will properly added the quotes (well, LibreOffice does it correctly all the time … Excel can mangle it which is why I suggested using LibreOffice.

When you are working in a spreadsheet application you are not creating the CSV file you are creating a spreadsheet file. You only get a CSV file by exporting/saving as the spreadsheet as a CSV file. During this save process from the spreadsheet to CSV file, the application will automatically add the quotes, you do not add them when creating the spreadsheet.

When saving from LibreOffice. Save it as a CSV file. Use the settings shown in the attached screenshot.

When importing, the quotes are imported because different applications will quote the values differently. You can find out how the app quoted the values by opening the CSV file in a text editor like Notepad++.

The settings in the CSV Import page apply only to the CSV file not how the data is entered in the spreadsheet.

The only time you would add the quotes yourself is if you are manually creating a CSV file.

I checked the site in which the support license is activated. It is activated on the live site… I did not make any changes at this point. Do you still see the License activation limit has been reached. message? The message results are cached for 24hrs, maybe there is a bug where the actual cached message is not refreshed. I’ll have to look into it.

re: does not have >6-7 listings
This occurs occasionally with themes. Add the following to the theme’s custom CSS area:

div#cn-slim-plus {
  min-height: 450px;
}

re: get the number of enterprises returned for every query, along with the result listing
Something like a message “Found n-results.“? Presently the only way to really do that would to be edit the core Connections plugin. Maybe adding something to the Search Results Message Box.

I can add Stitcher to the next update.

If you know some basic PHP, you could add it yourself instead of waiting for me.

You would need to add it to the array here:

And then create multi version of their icon in different sizes and put them in the correct folder corresponding to its size.

Edit the page where the [connections] shortcode was inserted. Switch the post editor from the Visual tab to the Tab. Remove all the HTML from around and within the shortcode … especially that anchor tag (link).

That should fix the issue.

Quick question … why edit the file when you can use the shortcode options instead? You would have to worry about having to make the edits on updates that way. Here’s the link to the doc page for Slim Plus:

Remove all the quotes in the cells… they will “break” the resulting CSV file. Also, I highly recommend using LibreOffice instead because Excel can really mangle simple CSV files.
