Later this summer CSV Export will be added until then the easiest way is to use phpMyAdmin from the web host’s control panel and download the Connections tables from the database as CSV files.
Hope that helps!

Sorry, but there is none. How would you want a forum to interact with a directory? I’m not picturing how something like that would work

There are basically three steps. First, install the zip file downloaded as a new plugin. Second, activate it after the installation has completed. Third, go to the Connections : Templates admin page and activate it.
Are you certain you have followed those three steps? Here’s how to verify…
Go to the Plugins admin page. Does the cMap template show as an activated plugin?
If not, you need to install the downloaded zip file as a new plugin and activate it.
If it does, go to the Connections : Templates admin page. Does it show as the active template?
If not, find it in the available templates and click the Activate button.
Now the cMap template will be used to display the directory.
If it is not, then you may have used the template shortcode option, remove that from the shortcode as that setting will override the activate template.
Does that help? Let me know.

That settings only affect an Individual entry’s org name. It sounds like you have displayed the Name link option, enable it. When you add an Organization entry the org name is the entry name so if you disable the name link option you disable the permalink to all entries regardless o the entry type created.

re: Is there a way to show the address in one line?
This can only be done with custom CSS…
Add the following to the theme’s custom CSS area (if it has one):
#cn-cmap span.adr span.address-name, #cn-cmap span.adr span.country-name, #cn-cmap span.adr span.extended-address, #cn-cmap span.adr span.geo, #cn-cmap span.adr span.street-address, div#cn-cmap span.adr span.geo span.latitude, div#cn-cmap span.adr span.geo span.longitude { display: inline-block; }re: apologies for all these questions – I don’t seem to be able to find the answer in the documentation or forums
That’s all right. Most of the questions were not about any supported features so there would be no docs. But as you see much can be done with minor tweaks.
Hope that helps!

re: Could you please advise how I can remove the logo display?
This can be done with the
imageshortcode option for cMap. here’s an example:[connections image='none' image_fallback='none']re: I would like to left justify the information
This requires custom CSS…
Add the following to the theme’s custom CSS area (if it has one):
#cn-cmap .cn-left { float: right !important; } #cn-cmap .cn-right { float: left !important; text-align: left !important; }Hope that helps!

Sorry, but there is support for only a single contact name per org.

re: Is there anyway to have the hours plugin display in the bio?
Not in the bio, sorry. What you can do is go to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab. Scroll down to the Result List Content Blocks section and enable the Business Hours option. That will show it about the links that show the content trays (bio/notes/map).
re: my business directory aren’t hyperlinking.
Do you want them to? This is default behaviour so they are not permalinks because that was turned off?
