Well, Connections on its own does not interact with the WP login and does not do any redirecting. The only exceptions would be with Link and Form extensions. Link runs a quick little check on login to link a WP user to a Connections entry, no redirects. Form, there is a redirect option, but that only has an effect when adding/editing an entry to Connections. Neither would cause a redirect on login.

I can’t really give any thought on a solution because I do not have enough info. And, I have to say, with I do know, it is not likely related to Connections.

My best suggestion for you is to temporarily disable Connections and test logging in. I suspect the issue will remain, eliminating Connections as the source of the issue. If the redirect loop does go away after deactivating Connections, then I’ll need a temp WP admin login so I can take a look first hand because there should be no way for Connections to cause a redirect.

Sure, add them as individuals making sure to add the business name into the organization field. The use the order_by shortcode option to define a custom sort. Something like this should do the trick:

I answered this in my initial reply. But, I had a question… now that I have a bit more detail… add this to the theme’s custom CSS area:

#cn-cmap span.fn {
    font-size: 30px;
    font-weight: 500;
}

Change as needed.

Anything can be changed with CSS in cMap as that is how it is styled to being with you’ll just need more specific selectors in order to override the default styling. Also, do not forget to use the Style Panel in the Template Customizer for cMap.

The issue is that you placed the Connections shortcode in a visual page builder of sorts which I’m guessing is provided by the theme. Correct? The code snippet will only be run on a filter applied to the actual page content. If you move the shortcode from the page builder and put it at the bottom of the page content (make sure you use the text tab when you copy paste) the initial search result snippet will work just fine.

So, if I understand correctly… you will be entering the bank as a business then its associates (members???) as individuals? There really is not a way to group the entries like that. The way the alphabetical sorting works when mixing individuals and organizations is the individual will be sorted by last name and organizations will be in that list by the name intermixed where they name fall alphabetically in the last names. Make sense.

Well, there is no option for Tile Plus to display in a single column. The design is to show multiple small tiles per row (the number being constrained to the width of the theme’s page content width and the width of the chosen tile size). Your only option is to set the widths as you have done then apply some custom CSS to override that width to be a percentage rather than a fixed width.

This is because you are forcing the tile to be 450 in width which is basically the full width of of the theme’s content area. Tile Plus was designed with the goal of be a tiled display rather than a full width display. Setting it so wide basically removes the responsive support. If they were tiles as designed, the responsiveness would be the number of tiles per row would change to accommodate the theme’s content width of whichever device the page was being view on.

Now, all that said… tthe them does not seem to be responsive any way… at least in my quick test on a couple devices. If the theme is not responsive, the template can not be because the template can only react to the content width that the theme sets for various device display widths.

Hope that explains it clearly enough without causing any additional confusion.

Tile Plus is responsive theme friendly… has been for a very long time now :)
