Oh, I did not describe how it works… each drop down shows the children categories of a parent category. So you could have as many drop does as you need.

It is a custom developed solution for them. I have further developed it so it can be used on any site but at this point still requires me to install and configure which is a service I do provide if you are interested. You would basically have a setup like theirs. You doctor page would be this search, after the user enters their search criteria, they will be taken to the search results page.

Sounds like you might need to flush the page permalink cache in WordPress. Here’s how…

Go to the WordPress Permalinks Settings admin page. That’s it… just visiting the page should flush the cache.

If that does not work, go back to the Permalinks Settings admin page and click the Update change, making no changes. That will definitely flush the cache.

If that does not work, go to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Advanced tab, make sure the slugs for all the permalink bases have values and then click the Update button.

You need both options, not just the one or the other. Sorry if I confused you or did not make that more clear in my previous replies.

If the shortcode you gave in the reply is correct:

[connections enable_category_multi_select=true enable_search=true image_width=200 image_height=250]

Then the category select is not enabled. It needs to have the option enable_category_select=true like in the docs.

Sorry no. The Connections entries are separate from WP Users. The best that can be done is use the Link extension. User would be able to add and maintain their own entry in Connections but the info would still be separate from what you already have in the WP User Profiles.

Now you could possible use a WP USer CSV Export plugin to get the data out then use the CSV Import extension to get the data into Connections. Could be a workable solution for you if you want to use Connections.

Great to hear you resolved it! Not sure how you were seeing it though because that is not displayed on this template … wonder if you were somehow seeing the default template??? Any way good to hear you like the template and figured out to remove the last updated.

Do you meant the category drop down? For Gridder, that is off by default and must be turned on. Basically you need to add that option to the shortcode to.
