If you login to the forum, you’ll be able to post screens. The login will be the same as the one you created when checking out. Alternatively, you can share screens using a web service such as ScreenCloud or Screencast.

Yes, you can still renew your support license. The Slim template has been retired, meaning no new licenses will be sold. I’ll continue to support it as long as there are active support licenses. The only updates it will receive will be to fix any reproducible bugs.

This is hard to answer… it really depends on what the change you made were. You’ll have to fill me in on the details behind the changes you made for me to answer this.

Sorry, but this is not a limitation of Connections, rather it is a limitation of the database. It typically, depending on the web host configuration, will discard searches of 3 or 4 characters. YOu can talk to you web host and see if they can or will change the default config to allow 2 character searches.

It sounds like you may be trying to use the core WordPress search. Connections does not integrate with the core WP search because there is now way to integrate with it because it is for searching WordPress pages and posts. If you want search, you need one of the premium templates. Does that help?

It doesn’t do just links, right… but it changes all text, including links. Change it to purple to match your site… the results would be the same as your custom CSS.

Oh, looking at the site, I see you have added custom CSS:
