I do have an advanced search addon available to those who purchase either the pro pack or extension pro pack and request it. It’s not generally available due to it being a complex to setup, so I do offer setup as a service. If you know shortcodes well, it is really not that difficult. I can provide it and instruction if you purchase one of these those bundles. You can see an enable of it running on this live 3rd party site:
Hope that helps!

KeymasterI suspect the issue is that you are caching pages for logged in users. Instead of clearing the cache, can you disable the option or exclude that page from the cache. You can give me a login if you wish as a private reply.

The Form extension does not create users. What you need to do is setup a process in which a user registers with the site. You can opt to use the WP built in user registration process or another plugin which handles user registration. These type of plugins really are just using the builtin WP registration process too though they may add features such as using a custom page.
I think where you are getting confused is that Form can be used independently from Link to allow anonymous submission into the directory.
What you need to do is remove the the “Submit New Entry” action link and enable the “View My Directory Entry” option. If a user does not yet have an entry in the directory, they will instead see an “Add My Directory Entry” link.
Hope this helps, let me know.

Actually doing this is valuable time spent… for example, what if the issue is actually two plugins conflicting when the Customizer is loaded or if a combination of plugins and themes.
What does not make sense… the Customizer should load just fine with out any other plugins and the default WP theme… but you are saying it does not? If so, that would indicate a new and unknown issue that may be unique to your installation. To investigate further, I’ll need an admin login so I can debug further.

KeymasterWhat is the new user’s role after it is created and they are logged in?
Are you using a page caching plugin? If so, are you displayed cached pages for logged in users?

This seems similar to your other question which I just answered…
If you only wish to have parent categories display and upon click show on the children of the immediate parent that was clicked, you’ll have to use display the categories above the directory rather than use the shortcode. The list above the categories can be configured to display children categories and your click thru the tree. The list below will be filtered accordingly.
Hope this helps!

Yes, this is possible with the Enhanced Categories extension. You can configure it to display a category list above the directory. You also have the option to use a the shortcode to place the category list on a separate page. You could use the shortcode to mimic the site you linked to as an example.
Hope this helps, let me know.

Navigate to the Connections : Roles admin and make sure the user roles that your users are assigned when they are logged on have the correct permissions assigned. Hope this helps, let me know.

Have you set the directory home page? And, does that page have the Connections shortcode on it?
