    @ Hartman Institute

What you can do is add these items to the cart and then on the checkout page, you can enter the license keys. This allows you to renew those licenses and receive the renewal discount.

    Hope that helps!

    And the FTP login?

    Two things…

    1. I could use a FTP login too.
    2. Open a support ticket with your web host. ASk them if they are blocking outgoing connections to https://connections-pro.com/wp-json/cn-plugin/ from your site. I’ve enabled logging on the license endpoints and connections from you site are not being recorded which means they are not being received. In contrast hundreds of others are working just fine. Right now, I suspect your web host is blocking outgoing connections. Who is you web host?

    @ LindaK

The username/password change is a core WP email, not one sent by Form or Connections. Connections, nor any of its addons allow or give the user a way to do this since it is built in to WordPress.

After a quick search I found this old plugin which might do the trick:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-forgot-mail/

There does not seem to be many options available out there to customize this email.

Here’s a code snippet you might be able to customize to better suit your needs.

    Hope this helps!

RE: Thank you for your patience. All working fine now.

No problem! Question, when you say all fine — does that mean the NULL license status message is correct now. If it is, then I suspect another plugin was causing a PHP notice during remote connections which in turn corrupted the response. So suppressing them allowed the response to pass thru un altered.

RE: Could you point me to where I could find help in how to display the results using “city” field.

Could you give me more details on what you are trying to accomplish with the city field? That will help me a lot in giving you a correct answer. thanks!
