It’ll still only be a single drop down but will allow a user to select many categories. For an entry to be returned as a result it would have to be assigned to all the categories that the users selects.
I can’t imagine what the error would be. Even though it is alpha it has been tested quite extensively with over a hundred thousand imports total across many users with different hosts.
Can I get a copy of your CSV for a test? You have to log in and you’ll be able to attach it to this forum post. You user/pass will be the same as the one you entered when making the purchase.
You can change the size of the tile by setting a couple template enabled shortcode options. Here’s a link to a FAQ that explains the details of changing the tile size.
Sounds likes the theme is causing the issue to me. Is the Birthday widget in a widget sidebar defined by the theme or are you showing it by some other means? Also, which version of the Widget Pack do you have installed?
The issue is likely a server issue not properly detecting the CSV file type. Rename the file with a .txt extension rather than a .csv extension. Doing that, the server will not care about the file type and the CSV Import will still use the file.
Let me know if that does it.
