    @ Blake

As part of Link? Form will send a new entry message if new entries require moderation. Other than that, there are no notifications sent. Not sure if that helps or not, but hope it does.

    Well I see a few big issues…

The page builder text box seems to be stripping out links such as the person’s name and the read more link.

It also seems to be stripping out the content.

And the template’s javascript is being loaded on the page.

Honestly, never seen anything like this before. I think only the support for the SI page builder.

I tried searching for it, so I could see if there are known issues with shortcode output in its text box, but I could find it.

What you need to do is create an alternate page for the links to resolve to where the [connections] shortcode exists only once. This is done thru the use of the home_id

You would need to add this option to each of the shortcode instances on your page.

I hope this makes sense. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Lots of work has been completed … thousands of lines written; the custom meta box and fields API is nearly completed.

Here are a few videos to demo what I’ve completed.

The first shows a “Custom Fields” meta box that’ll be part of the core Connections features. It is very much like the one that is on the post edit page of Connections.

The second video demo’s a quick plugin that I created which shows to various fields that are supported by the core meta box and fields API. When the API is complete, it’ll support many more field types. Right now, there are field inputs, textareas, quicktag editor, rich text editor, date and a slider.

The last video demos the Business Hours plugin I’m writing that takes advantage of this new API. Currently it allows adding open/close hours of a business for each day and each day you can input multiple open/close periods.

Thanks for the login. I updated the code of Link with my latest beta code. I do believe this will resolve the issue. Please let me know if it does not.

Sorry, no eta. What I have done works well even if the settings page is very long intimidating screen. I still have more work to put into Connections before I release Notify. One item it lack is the ability to include the entry info. I think that is an absolute requirement. I want to be able to have the emails customizable with the ability to use “tags” for entry data so a user can only include the info in the emails that are important for them. Hope that makes sense.

    @ Nikki

I’m not sure the category option works entire as expected. What other users have done create an empty category that will not be used and added category=x to the shortcode. X would equal the ID of the unused category. This would cause no results to be shown. When a user selects a category from a template that category will be shown and a user can search within that category, but I think without a category being chosen and if a search is performed, no results would be shown because the search would be limited to the empty category. I haven’t tested this myself, this is what others have communicated back to me. I hope that makes sense and helps.

    @ Tosca

Sorry, no, comments and reviews can not be left for a listing and there are now other plugins available that will allow it.

The release date for Contact is unknown at this point. I think I’m going to dedicated the week between Christmas and New Years to finish off both Contact and Authored.

All templates except Market work well within responsive themes. They all have been tested in Twenty Twelve at various screen sizes.

They isn’t a specific search for city/post code. However, there are setting on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab that allow you to turn on make the city and post code in addresses links within the listing. When a users clicks on one of those links, the results will be filtered by the link clicked. I hope that makes sense.

I do not have any specific example to show you of how others have used s2member because I haven’t kept a log of those that I have helped by answering support questions.

I hope this answers your questions thoroughly.
