Can you confirm that you web host has GD installed? A quick way to check is to go to the Connections : Dashboard admin page and look for it in the System widget.
Also, have you updated to Connections 8.1.1? If not, can you please update too?

I see you have Connections used on a few other pages and those are working fine … so, my best guess is that this page is does not have the
[connections]shortcode on it.

I think this can all be accomplished with shortcode options that are enabled by Tile Plus. Try this:
[connections enable_website_link='false' show_links='true' link_format='%title%' email_format='%address%']Well, close any way … there’s no a way to change them email text from the address to just Email.
Of if you copy this, make sure to past into the Text tab, not the Visual tab of the post editor.
Hope that helps!

No, the category widget does not have a shortcode option. I’ve never used it so I can not confirm if it work or not, but you could try the Widget Shortcode plugin.
Hope that helps!

re: Is there a way to show the bio on the single page/post entries… From the directory if you click the name (linked) it takes you to the individual page for that listing.
Yes, cMap supports this out of the box. Checkout the demo. None of them actually have any thing in the bio, but if they did, they would sho on the single page.re: It also list categories on this page, is there a way to link those categories to take visitors to them?
The Widget Pack has a category list. You could use a plugin like Widget Logic so it only shows on the directory page. Also, it may not be needed because the cMap template has a user searchable category drop down.Hope that helps!

Older versions did not support single click in-admin updates so you need to do the update manually. You’re actually grandfathered into the new update system. You’re free to manually update at any time. You can access your updates from your purchase history page. To have in-admin updates I have to generate a support license key for your purchases. If I do that those support key must be renewed annually (at a discount), if left to expire you would lose access to both in-admin updates and manual updates. So the better deal for you is to continue to manually update. If you would like in-admin updates, I can generate the support keys. If you would like me to do so, let me know.
Hope that helps!

Why not select the Organization entry type? That is what it intended for, companies and such. There is only one required field for the name.

I see you purchased the Template Pack, I’ll email this plugin directly with the instructions. At some point when this is finished it’ll be released. Right now I consider alpha because it is not feature complete.
Hope that helps!
If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!

Sorry for the very late reply! I just noticed this was trapped in the spam folder.
Can you update to the latest version to see if this issue persists?
