    @ Chris

Initial results can be suppressed, please see my responce to another user here and make sure you applu the fix mentioned in this reply.

The Widget Pack has a category widget that can be placed in the theme’s sidebar. You can use a plugin like Widget Logic to limit the display only to the directory page if needed. Also, check out this user’s solution using the widget.

If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!

It should work fine, did you make sure your CSV file was UTF8 encoded before importing?

I was able to access the admin fine, just not the FTP site.

Take a look at this page for PHP as you can see PHP 5.2.x support ended over 3 years ago. Looks like PHP 5.3.x support ended pretty recently, but the latest release in 5.3 is the minimum I would suggest.

When you hosts updates you, make sure they compile in GD support. They should, but good to mention it if they forget.

    The preview linked helped!

Looks like WPTouch parses the page code before it is displayed to added its own responsive image support. Unfortunately this kills the responsive image support in Connections.

Can you disable this feature as a test? Or even better, selectively disable this feature on a per page basis. If you can, disable it for the Connections pages.

There are plans and the code almost supports it … but there really still is much to do, such as easy ways to register them and ensure the UI is added to the admin too. When will this be completed, sorry, I can’t even begin to give an eta at this time.

Adding county and address line 4 has been on the to do list for a long time now. It keeps getting bumped to the lack of demand. When I do add this, I’d like to make sure to add a way to limit which fields are shown because most users will not require all these address fields.

Are there enough hooks to accomplish this, unfortunately, in this case, I’m going to have to say probably not, but there are a lot avaliable so it just might be doable. I can’t give a better answer than that be I really have not given much thought yet, sorry.

Let me know when the PHP is updated and any issue surrounding being able to login into FTP and I’ll try again.

    @ Shanna

I registered cMap to the site … I see that several other extensions were registered it successfully. Where they not registered to the staging site? Just curious. Since the license status messages are cached for 24 hours, it still may show the other message until tomorrow.

    Hope that helps!

I just visited the site with my iPad and Nexus 7. Both loaded the image fine but then, maybe, the WPTouch theme was not being loaded? What devices should it trigger on?

… Ok, just tried on my HTC One … WPTouch seems to load its theme and I do not see images.

Make sure WPTouch is loading the picturefill.js script included with Connections … this enables support for HiDPI (Retina) image support using HTML5. It specifically adds the support to browsers which do not yet support this new HTML5 spec (img srcset) which is just about every browser except Chrome which does support it natively.

    Hope that helps!

Hmmm… I can seem to login via FTP, what’s the host? I tried a few guesses since it was not in the doc.

Wow, that’s a really old version of PHP! The oldest I’m able to test with is 5.2.17.

I’ll log in now … but I still need a temp admin account so I can test changes that I make.
