The shortcode option name is incorrect. It should be:
[connections template="circled" category_name="SVL Team"]Even though the category_name will work I do suggest using the category shortcode option instead.
Hope that helps!

Ok, my next question, which version of CSV Import do you have installed? The only issues I’ve encountered to date since version 1.1 (current is 1.2) was released on 06/12/2014 has been malformed CSV files.
Is it only the same 35 that import or you can only import in groups of 35?

Are we talking about showing the entries no the page or using the CSV Import extension to import entries? I’m was interpreting “loading” as to show. Now you’re saying “import”. I just want to make sure we’re on the same page.

KeymasterFrom my previous reply…
After you activate on the Plugins admin page you then need to go to the Connections : Templates admin page and activate it on that page.
From your last reply, It definitely sounds like you’ve activated cMap on the Plugins admin page otherwise you would not be able to register the support license key. So that is good. But that still leaves — did you activate the template on the Connections : Templates admin page? Here are the installation instructions from the template installation doc page:
- Download the zip file from your purchase confirmation email or from
your Purchase History and save it to your desktop. - Install the attached zip file as a plugin.
- Go to the Plugins admin page.
- Click Add New.
- Click Upload.
- Select the zip file that you downloaded to your desktop.
- Click Install Now.
- Click Activate.
- Go to the Connections : Templates admin page.
- Activate the template that you purchased.
To ask the question another way just so we can make sure we’re on the same page — did you do steps 3 and 4?
If you did, then you’ll have to share a link to the page with the issue and give me a temp admin login so I can see why it is not working for you. The login details can be sent using the contact link at the bottom of the page. PLease make sure to paste a link to this forum thread so I can relate the two. Thanks!

No problem!
If you have a moment I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!

Ok, it was not showing because the following was added to the theme’s
styles.cssfile:#cn-top + .cn-list, .cn-image-style { display: none !important; }This will completely hide the output of the shortcode. I commented it out and now it works fine. Please see your “SVL Team test” page.
Hope that helps!

KeymasterFrom you description it sounds like you may have not activated the template to be used on the Connections : Templates admin page…
When you first install cMap as a plugin and activating it, this just registers it with WordPress. After you activate on the PLugins admin page you then need to go to the Connections : Templates admin page and activate it on that page. This activation tells Connections to use this particular template from the many available.
Hope that clears up any confusion on activating a template.
Now, the shortcode…
You do not need to add the default options. You only need to add them to change the default. So, your shortcode only needs to be:
[connections page_limit=10]If you’ve been copy/pasting the shortcode and its options from the web page into the WordPress Visual editor tab, you will need to delete it and manually type it in by hand. Why? When you copy/paste from a webpage into the WordPress Visual editor you also paste the underlying HTML. This HTML when mixed with the shortcode will break the ability of WordPress to properly parse the shortcode correctly. If you want to copy/paste always do it in while the Text tab is selected in the WordPress editor. This is not a defect with Connections, not a defect at all actually it is just the way the WordPress editor works.
Hope that helps!

Well, that’s odd, because in the first post your screenshot shows it working. Were there any other changes to your site?
Can you please send me a temp admin account? I’ll log in and take a look. The details can be set using the contact link at the bottom of the page. Please include a link to this forum thread so I can relate the two.

Sorry, I have nothing officially available to can do this but it is possible and is on my to do list as an extension. Unfortunately I could not even begin to give you an eta when this would be created and released.

Apologies for the delay in my reply, I seemed to have missed your question somehow.
There’s the Widget Pack. It comes with a widget that can be placed in the theme’s sidebar. Other use this widget to place it on their front page.
Hope that helps!
